Tein Strengthened Tie Rods and Tie Rod Ends are designed to be a stronger bolt in replacement for the OEM tie rod and end assembly. High rigidity means they are less likely to bend or break than the OEM items.
Steering angle can also be increased by inserting a spacer between the Tein Strengthened Tie Rod and rack; resulting in up to 90 degrees increase of steering rotation angle or 17% more angle than OEM.
NOTE:
Tein Strengthened Tie Rods and Tie Rod Ends can NOT be used in combination with OEM tie rods and rod ends. ALWAYS use Tein Strengthened Tie Rods together with Tein Strengthened Rod Ends.
